We are excited to announce the launch of our highly anticipated eWallet services, bringing convenience, security, and efficiency to your financial transactions on CAS-UK’s Platform. As a valued member of our community, we wanted to share this exciting news with you first-hand.

We understand the importance of seamless and secure payment solutions in this rapidly evolving digital era. Our new eWallet services have been meticulously designed to ensure you never miss a campaign contribution and, thus, avoid the trouble of suspension or fines.

 

Why would you use our eWallet?

Our eWallet offers a range of amazing benefits, including the following:

  1. If you top up your eWallet with £20, you only pay PayPal or Stripe fees for this transaction. These £20 can pay for ten separate campaigns’ contributions. This is significant because once you have money in your eWallet account, you don’t pay any PayPal or Stripe fees when making campaign contributions. For each campaign, you are the winner. Think about this!

  2. No need for bank cards. You can leave your wallet at home, forget your PIN, get lost in the North Pole, and still make your contributions.

  3. You are in a remote village in Cameroon or anywhere else in the world, without any internet access or network at all, and we have a campaign. We have seen these situations first-hand repeatedly. When this happens now, you are worries-free. Thank you, CAS-UK!

  4. You have been a trusted member for years, and you have never missed a campaign contribution since joining. But suddenly, you are admitted to a hospital with severe health conditions and cannot do any transactions. We had witnessed this on many occasions, including recently when a long-time member passed away while in hospital, missed two simultaneous campaigns, and was consequently suspended. She later passed away and could not benefit from fundraising campaigns because of that suspension. With money in your eWallet, this will never happen. Peace of mind!

  5. Just top up your eWallet with sufficient funds, and you will never be suspended for missing a campaign. The system will automatically scan all members who receive a warning and use the eWallet funds to pay for their missed contribution and any fine.

  6. The minimum threshold of an eWallet account is £5. We have given the flexibility to either a member or their Group Admin to top up the eWallet account/s.

  7. In the event of a member's death or by request, excess eWallet funds can be transferred to their designated Next of Kin by the CAS-UK administrator.

  8. Members have total control of their money, and they can request a refund of their eWallet funds anytime.

  9. Members can view a summary of their eWallet transactions from their account page and enable/disable notifications for reminders to top up when thresholds defined by CAS-UK are reached.

  10. eWallet funds can be used to contribute to all campaigns simultaneously in the case of multiple campaigns.

  11. CAS-UK offers an exceptional feature for members unable to join a family, friend, or social group. They will be automatically moved to a SMART GROUP if their eWallet fund exceeds the threshold limit. When in this group, the system will automatically use their eWallet funds to pay their contribution on the last day of the campaign.

How to proceed:

First, Login to your CAS-UK account as member or Group Administrator and click on “Wallet”.

1-Click on “TOP-UP” to add money in your account using PayPal or Stripe

2-Click on “REMINDER” to chose if you would like to receive reminder notifications

3-Click on "TRANSACTION HISTORY” to see all transactions you made on eWallet with date, amount out and in, total and balance.
