Everyone forgets a password now and then. Enter the email we hold on your membership and we will send a secure link so you can choose something memorable—without losing access to your profile, dependents, or contribution history. The link is personal to you and expires after use, so your CAS-UK account stays protected.

• Use the same email address as your member record.
• Check your inbox (and spam) for the reset message.
• Never share your reset link; CAS-UK staff will never ask for it by phone.
